As this thematic week is all about Coco Chanel, I move back to the times of the traditional French cuisine in today's post. Clafoutis is one of the simplest desserts coming from the homeland of this famous designer. The original version is served with cherries. Owing to its popularity, it can be found in different versions – with sour cherries, raspberries, peaches, or even currants! Even though we can enjoy only foreign raspberries at this time of year, it is enough to use only a small handful of them to be able to see the sweet Parisian patisserie in your mind’s eye.
