But are they edible? That is the first reaction to the fact that the cookies are prepared without the use of flour, eggs, and sugar. Yeah, they are edible! Admittedly, it is rather difficult to convince the avid fans of crispy tars with salted caramel to try them, but if you want to make home-made pastries a little bit more diet-friendly or decrease the amount of sugar in sweets consumed by your children then it is worth trying out this recipe!

A no są!

Ingredients:

(recipe for 10-12 pieces)

1 carrot

2 bananas

2-3 tablespoons of honey (optional)

1/2 glass of cooked quinoa

5-6 dates (previously soaked in hot water)

handful of hazelnuts and sunflower seeds

2 tablespoons of chia seedshandful of raisins

50 g of coconut flakes

Skład:

(przepis na 10-12 sztuk)

1 marchewka

2 banany

2-3 łyżki miodu (opcjonalnie)

1/2 szklanki ugotowanej komosy ryżowej

5-6 daktyli (wcześniej namoczone we wrzątku)

garść orzechów laskowych i pestek ze słonecznika

2 łyżki nasion chia

garść rodzynek

50 g wiórków kokosowych

Directions:

  1. Mix grated carrot (using small grating slots), smashed bananas, chia seeds, dried fruit and nuts, soaked and chopped dates, raisins, cooked quinoa, and honey in a wide dish until all of the ingredients are evenly combined. At this stage, you can modify the taste with spices of your liking (cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla extract) or with lemon zest/orange zest.
  2. Form the cookies with the use of a spoon and place them on the baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake in the oven preheated to 180ºC (use the oven function with upper and lower heating elements switched on) for approx. 18-20 minutes. The cookies will be soft after taking them out of the oven – they will become hard after they cool down.

A oto jak to zrobić:
