Przygotowanie domowego pesto nie jest trudne, a doskonale urozmaica codzienne potrawy. W połączeniu z makaronem tagliatelle, zielonymi szparagami i plastrami awokado, możemy stworzyć całkiem wykwintne danie. Do tego obowiązkowo słochodzone białe wino i mamy w wspaniałą propozycję na letnią kolacje.

Skład:

(przepis na 3-4 osoby)

ok. 400 – 500 g makaronu tagliatelle

1 pęczek zielonych szparagów

domowe pesto: liście bazylii (1 doniczka)

garść prażonych orzechów nerkowca (opcjonalnie: pestki dyni, słonecznika lub orzechów włoskich)

2 ząbki czosnku

1/2 szklanki oliwy

1/2 szklanki startego parmezanu

sól morska

do podania: 2 dojrzałe awokado

prażone orzechy nerkowca

kawałki fety

A oto jak to zrobić:

1. Makaron gotujemy al dente, w dużym garnku z osoloną wodą. W trakcie gotowania makaronu, miksujemy liście bazylii z prażonymi orzechami nerkowca, czosnkiem, oliwą, parmezanem i szczyptą soli. Konsystencja ma być gładka. Szparagi myjemy, odłamujemy twarde końcówki, kroimy i wrzucamy do wrzątku. Gotujemy 3-5 minut, odcedzamy i polewamy zimną wodą. 

2. Makaron odcedzamy i mieszamy delikatnie z pesto. Tagliatelle podajemy ze szparagami, plastrami awokado, prażonymi orzechami nerkowca i fetą.

Komentarz: Domowe pesto możemy również wymieszać z jogurtem naturalnym a następnie połączyć z makaronem.

Preparing homemade pesto isn’t difficult, and it's a perfect addition to diversify your everyday dishes. Combined with tagliatelle pasta, green asparagus and slices of avocado, you can create quite an exquisite meal. White wine is a must, and we have a fantastic idea for a summer dinner.

Ingredients:

(Recipe for 3-4 people)

approx. 400 – 500 g tagliatelle pasta

1 bunch of green asparagus

homemade pesto:

basil leaves (1 plant)

a handful of roasted cashew nuts (optional: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds or walnuts)

2 cloves garlic

1/2 cup olive oil

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

sea ​​salt

serve with: 2 ripe avocados

roasted cashew nuts

pieces of feta cheese

 

Here's how to do it:

1. Cook the pasta al dente in a large pot of salted water. While cooking the pasta, blend the basil leaves with roasted cashew nuts, garlic, olive oil, Parmesan cheese and a pinch of salt. The consistency has to be smooth. Wash the asparagus, break off the hard ends, chop and throw them into boiling water. Boil for 3-5 minutes, drain off and pour over with cold water.

2. Drain the pasta and mix gently with pesto. Serve the tagliatelle with asparagus, avocado slices, roasted cashew nuts and feta cheese.

Note: You can also mix homemade pesto with yoghurt and then add it to the pasta.
