I always thought that a good outfit is one that makes others think “who is that woman?” and not “where is this sweater from?”. I look with distance at the emotionally explicit coverage from the Fashion Weeks, but I can see that a certain reflection can be noticed in their case. Right before her fashion show, Miuccia Prada – a great personality – spoke openly with the press about her opinion on the too extravagant fashion. “Currently, when there is an abundance of everything – too much fashion, too many clothes – I wanted the person to be of the greatest importance”. Of course, it is slightly tinged with hypocrisy – designers release new collections to sell them, but it’s nice to hear a voice of reason.

I won’t get easily bored with the outfit that I was wearing on Friday (as the weekend was all about wellies and a long sweater) – trench coats are my love that started already in the times when all bloggers were taking photos with a (disposable) Starbucks mug (all those who would like to take a trip down the memory lane can see the post here). And even though the ideal trench coat has changed over the years, it still remains the best remedy for me.

If you still lack a trench coat (but it’s rather hard to believe ;)), maybe you’ll enjoy a discount to NA-KD, where I got my coat (I also found such model, the jeans that you’ve been asking about are back in stock again). Use the code MLE15K to get a 15% discount on all non-discounted products. Have a pleasant shopping experience!
