Ingredients:
400 g of wheat flour
150 ml of warm milk
30 g of fresh yeast
40 ml of plant oil
2 eggs
60 g of sugar
80 g of butter
top:
approx. 250 g of curd cheese (it's best to use one from Strzałków)
2 stalks of rhubarb
3-4 tablespoons of brown sugar
***
Skład:
400 g mąki pszennej
150 ml ciepłego mleka
30 g świeżych drożdży
40 ml oleju roślinnego
2 jajka
60 g cukru
80 g masła
wierzch:
ok. 250 g sera twarogowego (najlepiej ze Strzałkowa)
2 gałązki rabarbaru
3-4 łyżki brązowego cukru
Cut the washed and peeled rhubarb into three-centimetre-long stripes (see photo) and cover them with sugar. Leave them aside for a couple of minutes until they release juices. Afterwards, stew the rhubarb in a hot pan for approx. 3-4 minutes.
Umyty i obrany rabarbar kroimy w paski (patrz na zdjęciu) o długości ok. 3 cm i zasypujemy cukrem. Odstawiamy na kilka minut, aż puści sok. Następnie na rozgrzanej patelni dusimy rabarbar ok. 3-4 minuty.

A oto jak to zrobić:
- Świeże drożdże rozpuszczamy w ciepłym mleku z łyżką cukru i 2 łyżkami mąki. Zaczyn przykrywamy i odstawiamy w ciepłe miejsce, aż zacznie pracować.
- Do oddzielnej miski przesiewamy pozostałą mąkę, dodajemy cukier i jajka. Dodajemy wyrośnięty zaczyn, jednocześnie mieszając. Następnie dodajemy rozpuszczone masło (nie gorące!) i wyrabiamy ciasto. Po kilku minutach wyrabiania dolewamy cienkim strumieniem olej i ponownie ugniatamy, aż ciasto przestanie kleić się do rąk. Gotowe ciasto umieszczamy w misce i przykrywamy lnianą serwetką. Pozostawiamy na ok. 1,5 godziny do wyrośnięcia.

- Wyrośnięte ciasto ponownie zagniatamy i dzielimy na 6-8 kulek. Każdą kulkę spłaszczamy i rozkładamy na niej twaróg z duszonym rabarbarem. Drożdżówki pieczemy w rozgrzanym piekarniku w 200 stopniach C przez 15-18 minut.
Directions:
- Dissolve fresh yeast in warm milk with a tablespoon of sugar and 2 tablespoons of flour. Cover the leaving and set it aside in a warm place until it starts to work.
- Sift the remaining flour to a separate bowl. Add sugar and eggs. Keep stirring the mixture while adding the leaven. Afterwards, add melted and cooled (not hot!) butter and knead the dough. After a couple of minutes of kneading, pour the oil in a thin stream onto the dough and knead again until the dough stops being sticky. Place the ready dough in a bowl and cover it with a linen table napkin. Leave the dough for approx. 1,5 hour until it increases in bulk.
- Cut the washed and peeled rhubarb into three-centimetre-long stripes (see photo) and cover them with sugar. Leave them aside for a couple of minutes until they release juices. Afterwards, stew the rhubarb in a hot pan for approx. 3-4 minutes.
- Again, knead the risen dough and divide it into 6-8 parts. Flatten each part. Place some curd cheese with stewed rhubarb on each of them. Bake the buns in the oven preheated to 200ºC for 15-18 minutes.

I eagerly prepare savoury tarts at this time of the year. We can prepare such a tart one day in advance, pack in a picnic basket, and offer it to our nearest and dearest while sitting on a meadow. I think that it could be one of the ways to get some rest!

I think that it's one of the simplest pastries that we can prepare – especially when we have small hands to help us in the kitchen (they are the ones who know everything and want to do each task alone! :-)) We start from whisking the butter with sugar. Afterwards, what's left is mixing the eggs with sifted flour, a teaspoon of baking powder, and lemon zest with a little bit of lemon juice. We bake the pastry for a short period of time as we want it to be moist and resemble an undercooked brownie. Try it out!

I like recipes in case of which I can add the ingredients at a guess, add different spices of the world, and crush everything with a fork to form a smooth mass. These pancakes are all about it. Of course, we can bake them, but I prefer the fried version – remember to do it under some kind of cover so that they don't crumble. A perfect alternative to a regular frikadeller :)

Fry crushed garlic, chopped onion, and chopped chives in a hot pan. Add spinach leaves and nutmeg. Fry until spinach leaves become twice as small as they were at the beginning. Add cooked quinoa, feta cheese, eggs, and spices. Stir everything until evenly combined.

I have never been very eager to bake cheesecakes. As a child, I definitely preferred the one served cold – without raisins – with pink jelly and slices of peach on the top. Over time, your favourite tastes change – even though I retained my resentment towards raisins :-) If you like cheesecakes that are moist and quite fluffy, this recipe will be just right!
Ingredients:
Directions:
Bake it in the oven preheated to 160ºC for 60 minutes. Cool it down by leaving the oven door ajar.
Decorate the cheesecake with peeled slices of fresh mango and pomegranate seeds. It's best to keep the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 2 hours to cool it down. You can sprinkle the top with coconut flakes.

Directions:
Pour some oil into a tall dish, add scalded egg, mustard, wine vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pulse with a blender for a couple of minutes until dense.
Add fresh basil leaves and mix until smooth.
Combine the home-made basil mayonnaise with the salad.
